NASA JSC Space Station Program Office – Developed a Cost Estimating methodology and implementation plan for the International Space Station Program – completed cost estimates for 31 major hardware change requests – Created the ISO compliant documentation for ISS Business Management Office (BMO) and the Assessments and Cost Estimating Office (ACEO) including BMO Station Program Implementation Plan (SPIP), Common Work Instruction (WI) for Performance Measurement System, Performance Metrics, and the Management Information System.
